CHILI COOK-OFF RULES
1.) Chili must be prepared on premises. Prepared (canned chili) may not be used.
2.) All chili ingredients must be listed before being judged and must be prepped
prior to arrival (onions chopped etc).
3.) Chili will be judged on taste alone. Judges decision will be final.
4.) Cooks may start preparing chili at 8 a.m., 5/31/2008.
5.) Judging will take place at 2 p.m., 5/31/2008.
6.) It is suggested all chili be prepared on gas camping cook stoves.
7.) Electricity will not be provided.
8.) All chili ingredients must be kept in iced cooler prior to preparation.
9.) 1st, 2nd & 3rd place trophies will be awarded.
10.) Private individuals and restaurant chefs are all welcome to participate.
11.) Located at 1807 Lee Blvd, North Mankato.

Yard Sale Rules:
1.) Yard sale is open to the public and booth space is available to sell unwanted household items.
2.) $25 entry fee and a $50 returnable clean-up deposit are required before participation.
3.) Set-up time begins at 6am on 5/31/08 and all participants must be set up by 7:30am
4.) PARTICIPANTS ARRIVING AFTER 7AM WILL NOT BE ALLOWED TO PARTICIPATE AND WILL LOSS $25 ENTRY FEE AND $50 CLEAN-UP DEPOSIT.
5.) Participants are responsible for providing their own tables and chairs.
6.) Yard sale participants must take with them all unsold items at the conclusion of event or forfeit clean-up deposit.
7.) No businesses are allowed to sell merchandise as a yard sale participant.
8.) Electricity will not be provided. However, an electrical station will be provided for consumers to test electrical merchandise before purchase.
