Charges: Redwood County man exposed himself to teen

(Redwood Falls, MN) – A Redwood County man is facing criminal charges, accused of exposing and touching himself in front of a teen girl.

Nicholas Daniel Allen, 36, of Bellview, was charged in Redwood County Court last week with felony indecent exposure.

According to the criminal complaint, the girl was at Allen’s house when he arrived home and proceed to undress. The victim told police she saw Allen naked and masturbating the same room while she tried to focus on her phone.

The complaint says Allen asked the teen to come to him, but approached her and began to kiss her when she said no. The victim told police she punched Allen to make him stop.

The girl told police Allen was the husband of someone who used to work at her school.

The victim’s guardian told investigators the teen had brought a gift to Allen’s daughter around Valentine’s day 2019. Allen’s wife said she recalled the victim staying at the residence in March. Allen agreed the victim was at his home during that time frame.
