The Chicago Police Department has released the 911 call reporting Jussie Smollett‘s alleged hate crime.

In the January 29th call, Jussie’s manager, Frank Gaston, tells the operator that “attackers” wrapped a noose around his client’s neck after he left a Subway restaurant. Gaston says Jussie didn’t want to file a report, but he was going to make him to do so.

Police say the 911 call was made 40 minutes after Jussie returned to his apartment.
