A German man named Rolf Buchholz has set the Guinness World Record for most body modifications and has no plans to stop.

The 61-year-old’s journey to becoming a Guinness record-holder with 516 body modifications started when he got his first tattoo at the age of 40 and he was hooked. And speaking of hooks, he has dozens of them and other pieces of metal attached to his body, in addition to hundreds of tattoos, piercings and subdermal implants, including two horns on his head.
