TRASHY BOATERS: Caught and Charged for Littering in Ocean

The boaters who were caught on video littering in the Atlantic Ocean have come forward to turn themselves in.

After leaving a party called Boca Bash in Boca Raton, the juveniles were caught on video by another content creator throwing dumpsters full of trash into the ocean. The video has now been seen around the world. The Florida Fish & Wildlife Commission is receiving calls from all over about the “egregious act.”

Police have yet to decide how they’ll punish the juveniles. They’re facing felony pollution charges, which is punishable with up to $50,000 in fines or up to five years in prison.
