“Fantastic Friends” Debuts Tonight on The CW

The series premiere of “Fantastic Friends” at 9:00 p.m. on the CW.  James and Oliver Phelps, who you know as the Weasley twins from the “Harry Potter” movies, manage to travel the world and cause mischief with celebrity guests.
