Bad News For Wine Lovers

Seems we could be heading for a big vino shortage. Last year, there was a minor glitch because supply chain problems kept winemakers from getting enough bottles. But this season, the issue is the  “vampire-like” Spotted Lanternfly, which eating its way through vineyards, leaving no fruit behind. Some makers report losing as much as 15% of their crops, translating into tens of thousands of bottles. That’s enough to drive a person to drink!
